Healthy competition,

Who created that bullshit phrase,

How the fuck can you compete against someone else and that be healthy in any way?

For one, to have someone that you would consider competition,

Your ego has to come into play,

Some form of jealousy too,

I mean,

You wouldn’t compete again someone that you weren’t envious of,

Oh yeh, I’m gonna compete against that tramp coz he has a better cardboard box than me,

Yeh fucking right,

Competition is a case of,

That motherfucker is doing something better than me,

And I want to out do that fucker,

And thats supposed to be healthy?

Fuck that,

Listen to me, THIS is the only way to compete,

AGAINST YOURSELF

And how do you compete against yourself,

You create (on paper) THE best version of yourself,

Write out a list of all the attributes and things that THE BEST version of yourself has,

For example,

Mine has the money I would be making in a perfect world,

The amount of holidays I’d be going on,

The car i would be driving,

How I talk, walk, act,

How I look, my body shape and fat percentage,

Mine has THE PERFECT JASE PERI to the Nth fucking degree,

So create a list similar but for you,

Do it now,

It needs to be in writing and you need to really visualise this,

Its needs to be THE perfect version of yourself,

Done your list?

Go on do it now, will take 5-10 minutes,

I’m assuming you’ve done it now,

Now, THAT is your competition,

Anytime you feel too tired to work,

Too lazy to workout,

Too scared to do something,

Look at that version of yourself,

That person will be doing the thing you don’t want to do,

Because THAT version of yourself is too fucking cool to be stopped by fear or tiredness,

That version of you is enjoying their life too much to be sitting around watching Netflix,

Too happy to be looking for ways to distract them from living their life,

That version of you has the money, the cars, the holidays, the woman (or man), the social network, the relationship with their kids, the house,

That version of you has it all,

That is THE ONLY person YOU need to compete with,
