F*ck your feelings
Or to put it in a more civilised way;
How you FEEL is irrelevant to the success of your merch by amazon business
This one is hard for most people to get their head around
As, we are emotional creatures
I mean, how many different feelings do you go through a day?
Fucking crazy when you think about it,
And at any point you can go from ready to work and energised,
To, can’t be bothered,
All because of a CHANGE OF EMOTION,
It is our gift and curse,
A gift as used correctly, and controlled, can be very powerful,
Feeling of freedom from your job for example,
But also a curse if you let YOUR FEELINGS DICTATE what you do,
And if your feelings are slowing how much work you’re doing on your MBA account
If you have ever fallen into the ‘I don’t feel like doing the work today’ category
And then made up some bullshit excuse to make you feel better about it
Like, ‘My sales are ok’ or ‘i did lots of work yesterday’ or ‘I’ll do double tomorrow’
Then, my friend, your feelings are dictating what you do,
But, don’t fret, we’ve all been there,
And I’ve developed a VERY SIMPLE 2 STAGE trick to ensure you NEVER let your feeling dictate how you work on your MBA ever again.
Here it is:
STAGE 1
Make a plan
STAGE 2
Fuck your feelings and do it
Ta-da!
A couple of rules for this to work properly.
Rule one: WRITE your plan out, the day before or first thing in the morning of what needs to be done on your MBA account,
A plan is even better when you know your goals, like making $10,000 on MBA in one month,
So you know each thing on your plan is moving you towards that $10,000,
And a plan is EVEN MORE BETTER when you are FEELING BRAVE and AMBITIOUS,
Have a coffee, write it after a workout, after watching a motivational video,
You want to make a plan as a high performer,
Full of energy and vision and happiness and ambition,
With absolutely no space for fear or worry
Rule two: expect your wonderful brain to tell you at some-point, to take it easy, to relax, to stop, to try and protect you from any stress,
And at that point it is imperative you stick to your plan
Look, you can relax after, no problem,
Just make sure you stick to your plan and do what you need to do
And COMPLETE IT,
Repeat several 1000 times
And BOOM! You’ll have achieved your goal,
A NEAT TRICK i do, to keep my feelings from stopping me,
Is visualise my brain
In front of me, floating in the air,
And next to my brain on one side is what I need to do today
And next to my brain on the other side is my feelings
Completely separate,
Like they should be!
