Basically EVERYONE has fear, (even mike Tyson)

Some people show it,

Some people don’t,

When building a merch by amazon account,

Especially if it is your only source of income,

FEAR sets in,

What if it doesn’t work

What if sales drop

What if my best seller gets taken down

A lot of what if’s are usually tied to something negative

Thats FEAR speaking

Thats fear out of control

And controlling how you think

Firstly, this is normal,

I get days like this,

But i am familiar with it now,

I know how to control my inner fear,

And as usual, I have a super simple approach to this;

Replace the thought of fear with joy and excitement 

And the easiest way to do this?

You ‘speak’ differently

In your mind and out loud,

When you are fearful

You are saying in your mind or out loud,

What if this doesn’t work, what if i fuck it up, what if i lose money,

So switch that to

What if it works, what if it all goes well, what if I make lots of money,

I read a book ‘what to say when you talk to yourself’

And in it I learned;

What you say literally becomes you,

Let me emphasise on this,

WHAT YOU SAY = WHAT YOU BECOME

How?

You say it,

You program yourself based on what you say,

You then believe it,

You then act as if it was true.

And let me show you how detrimental this can be to your merch by amazon account,

You say ‘i can’t make much money on merch by amazon’

You program yourself to work as if you can’t make that much money, sooner or later

You believe this

You then act like you can never make much money on MBA and do a half arsed job with your account

Congrats, you are now part of the 90% of merch by amazon sellers that make less than $100 a month

And whats fucked up

Is it is an EASY fix, well within the control of you,

You say ‘I can make $10,000 in on month on merch by amazon’

You say it so often you program yourself

You now believe it

You now ACT as though you can make $10,000 in one month

You now work your arse of like a 5 figure a month seller

And all because you just changed the way you talk to yourself

From a fear perspective to a joy and excitement perspective,
